Responsibilities:

This is primarily a sales position. Essential duties include promoting our Wellness Program by educating guests on the importance of frequent massage and skincare services, based on our guest’s individual needs. Maximize sales growth and profitability through the use of proven selling skills, teamwork and customer experience in order to deliver an engaged experience to every customer, every time.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Actively listen and engage customers, using appropriate selling skills to match the customer’s needs and ensure to build long-term relationships.

  • Motivate self to stay accountable to individual sales and service goals, as determined by clinic management.

  • Maintain knowledge of all product information, and any current promotions and marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

  • Support and model excellent customer experience while upholding our core values through all forms of communication

  • Communicate with members/guests over the phone to match them with the appropriate service provider.

  • Embrace POS system to check customers in/out for service, retail and gift card purchases.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as inactive members.

  • Keep management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous retail and commissioned sales experience

  • High School Diploma

  • Understands, appreciates, and practices healthy lifestyle and wellness routines

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, strong assessment and decision-making skills

  • Self-aware and focused on self-development

  • Supports environment of genuine customer connection and health/wellness
